Policy of cancellation of participation in paid activities of the Israeli Geological Society

  1.   3. In the case of sending a notice of cancellation of participation and against receipt of confirmation of cancellation notice from the company in less than 7 business days, the participant is entitled to a refund of up to 50% of the participation fee.

  4. In case of cancellation during 3 days before the event, no fee will be refunded for cancellation of participation in the conference.

 

Cancellations due to Corona virus:

  1. In the event of cancellation of participation, in respect of an order of the Ministry of Health to enter solitary confinement, payment is made in full to the participant, provided he sends a written notice, which includes a copy of the Ministry of Health's directive to enter solitary confinement.

  2. In the event that a tour is canceled, in respect of the corona virus, the payment sits in full for the payers.

 

Contrary to the above:

  1. In case of cancellation of participation in the conference, the membership fee will not be refunded.

  2. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of cancellation of participation, and refund of payment for accommodation, these will be settled in accordance with the policy of the conference venue, and / or the organizing company, and are not the responsibility of the Geological Society.
